The Full Residential Project Mix
From a bathroom renovation to a full new build fit-out, TK Plumbing Co handles the plumbing across your entire schedule. One reliable sub for everything.
Renovation Plumbing
Bathroom and kitchen replumbs, layout changes, fixture relocations. We work around your other trades, communicate when scope changes, and never leave the site a mess.
Home Extensions
Connecting new plumbing to existing services, new bathroom and laundry additions, granny flats and secondary dwellings. We assess the existing system before we cut in, not after.
New Builds
Slab to fit-off for residential new builds. We show up when we're booked, pass frame inspection the first time, and keep the build moving without holding up other trades.
Hot Water Systems
Supply and install of electric, gas, heat pump, and solar systems. Honest recommendation on what suits the home, not what suits the margin.
General Plumbing Repairs
Leaking taps, burst pipes, pressure issues, flexi hose replacements. Homeowners and builders both welcome. No job too small.
A Plumber Gold Coast Builders Can Actually Rely On
I'm Tainui, the owner and sole operator of TK Plumbing Co. I've spent 8 years doing residential plumbing on the Gold Coast, renovations, extensions, and new builds across the full corridor from Coomera to Coolangatta.
I work with builders who need a plumbing sub they can put on every job and not think about. I show up when I'm booked, I call the builder, not the client, when something changes, and I leave every site clean. That's the standard on every job, whether it's a $600 tap replacement or a $60,000 new build fit-out.
Gold Coast Projects — Renovations, Extensions, New Builds
Every job completed personally by Tainui. No subcontracting, no surprises, same standard across every project type.
