Question 1

Do you work with builders as well as homeowners?

Accepted Answer

Yes. TK Plumbing Co works with Gold Coast builders on renovations, extensions, and new builds, as well as homeowners who need plumbing work sorted. The standard is the same across both.

Question 2

How quickly can you get to me?

Accepted Answer

For standard bookings we're usually available within 24–48 hours. For urgent situations, call Tainui directly on 0467 662 557 and we'll do our best to prioritise your job.

Question 3

Are you QBCC licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. TK Plumbing Co holds a current QBCC licence and full public liability insurance. Our licence number is 15245542.

Question 4

How do you handle scope changes on renovation jobs?

Accepted Answer

The builder hears from us first. Always. The moment we find something that changes the scope, unexpected finds behind a wall, a system that doesn't match the plans, we call the builder immediately, before we do anything additional and before the client hears about it.

Question 5

What areas do you service?

Accepted Answer

We cover the full Gold Coast, from Coomera and Pimpama in the north down to Coolangatta in the south, and everywhere in between.

Question 6

Do you work on renovation projects where the client is at home?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and we understand what that means for a builder's reputation. We introduce ourselves briefly and professionally, keep the site clean daily, communicate only within our scope with the homeowner, and make sure the builder hears anything relevant before the client does.
